January 23, 2008 A three-year randomized trial evaluation of Healthy Families New York found that parents in the program have more positive parenting skills and attitudes. Working with children and families at home

January 23, 2008 Since 1994, Youth Villages has tracked outcomes on more than 11,000 youth who have completed its in-home program. Two years post-discharge, 82% of these youth were living successfully in the home. Additionally, 83% had no reported legal issues and 82% were successful in school. According to Youth Villages materials, the program design allows them to serve five children for the price of maintaining one child in residential treatment. More...
